If you are not absolutely sure you are ready to meet Jesus, then simply say this prayer.
Dear Lord, I repent of my sins. The Bible says, "that if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
If you have truly repented and confessed that Jesus is Lord with your mouth, you are saved. Now pray and ask God to lead you to a Bible-believing and teaching church, be a witness to God's grace!
Study the Word of God and be a doer of the Word, not just a hearer of the Word as the hypocrites are!
